Effective 31 May 2026. By creating an account or using BayaniCRM, you agree to these terms.
BayaniCRM provides a cloud-hosted CRM and accounting platform for businesses in the Philippines, including features for managing contacts, invoices, quotes, bills, payments, and financial reporting. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your own business purposes during your subscription.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything done under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and email us at hello@bayanicrm.com immediately. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
Each organisation is a separate workspace. As the organisation owner you control who you invite and what role they hold (admin, manager, or viewer). You are responsible for the actions of the people you invite.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with notice where practical.
The data you put into BayaniCRM — contacts, invoices, accounting records, attachments — remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not sell your data, train AI models on it, or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can export key collections as CSV from inside the app (including a Xero-compatible export for accounting data). For a full export covering everything in your account, contact us and we will produce one. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal information from our active systems on request — typically within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details on retention and backups.
BayaniCRM is currently in beta. New accounts start on a 30-day free trial of all features, after which the service remains free to use during the beta period — we will not charge you without first contacting you and obtaining your consent to a paid plan.
Indicative pricing shown on the homepage (Starter, Growth, Business) describes the plans we expect to offer when paid subscriptions launch. The exact terms — billing cycle, cancellation, refunds, VAT treatment, payment processor — will be published as a separate Subscription Agreement before any charges begin. Existing users will be given at least 30 days' notice before billing becomes active and will have the option to decline.
Pricing on the homepage is quoted in PHP and is intended to be inclusive of 12% VAT once paid plans launch.
BayaniCRM provides BIR-aligned fields (TIN, VAT classifications, EWT, ATC codes, Form 2307 print layout, SLSP export) to help you prepare BIR filings. We are not a BIR-accredited Computerized Accounting System (CAS) and the data you generate must be filed by you through the appropriate BIR channels (eBIRForms or eFPS).
You remain solely responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of your tax filings. We make no warranty that the figures generated by the service will match the calculations of your accountant or the BIR. Always have a qualified CPA or bookkeeper review your books.
We work to keep the service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uptime. We may schedule maintenance windows (announced in advance where possible) and make changes to features at our discretion. We will give reasonable notice before removing a paid feature.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by Philippine law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all errors will be corrected.
To the fullest extent allowed by Philippine law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law (e.g. liability for fraud or wilful misconduct).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims brought against us by third parties arising from your use of the service in violation of these terms or applicable Philippine law, including any breach of your obligations as a Personal Information Controller under RA 10173.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees when due, or use the service in a way that exposes us to legal or security risk. On termination, your right to use the service ends; the sections on data ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to the service or these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith by contacting us at hello@bayanicrm.com. We commit to the same.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
Questions, concerns, or notices under these terms should go to hello@bayanicrm.com.
