NPC registration

Registering as a Personal Information Controller with the National Privacy Commission, as required by the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).
Production email domain
· Before public beta
Verifying our sending domain so transactional emails deliver reliably to any recipient.
Public beta
· Q3 2026
Open signups to any Filipino business. Service remains free during this period.
Paid plans go live
· Q4 2026
Self-serve subscriptions with GCash, bank transfer, and card. 30 days’ notice given to existing users before billing starts.
BIR CAS accreditation
· 2027
Submit BayaniCRM for accreditation as a Computerized Accounting System with the Bureau of Internal Revenue. Until this lands, customers must keep their own books and file via eBIRForms or eFPS.
A note on accreditation
BayaniCRM provides BIR-aligned fields and report layouts. We are not a BIR-accredited Computerized Accounting System (CAS). All tax filings remain your responsibility and must be submitted through eBIRForms or eFPS. When accreditation moves to “Done” on this page, that's when you can rely on it for that purpose.
